Winter Term and Gift

The next term is fast approaching and DM is gearing up for it. The Jamyang House classroom is almost complete and class lists are filling. If you haven't registered yet, DO IT! There is still time. Go to the DM website to get the files and forms.

As a holiday gift I thought I'd offer up this lineage image. Enjoy and share.

DM Update

Howdy all, registrations for Winter Term are coming in and everyone is getting prepped for another great semester. Last night a few of us put together the Winter Term poster for sending to all those on the mailing list (around 800 addresses). If you want to read about the courses you can read the online catalog now.

This first image is the group photo from Fall Term. I put up the full sized version, it's about 1mb so headsup. The second image is of Bets, me, Michael, and Al sending out the Winter Term posters. Enjoy.

The Questions of King Milinda, part 2

Information on the second teaching session of The Questions of King Milinda (Jan. 4 - 6) is now available at the Diamond Mountain website.
Event Info

This is the second in a series of teachings that investigate the connection between Buddhism and Christianity, Judaism, and western culture as a whole. The study looks at what may have resulted from an exchange between a Greek king and a Buddhist monk in India over 2000 years ago.

DMU Images!

A great photo slideshow of DMU was created and posted this past week. The images are wonderful and there are lot of them. Check it out.

DMU Angels

I believe this was created by Benjamin Worden, at least I know he took the pictures. Everyone thank him and anyone else who helped. These are really terrific.
