Tucson Weekly: Faces of Buddhism

Sorry about the delay on this one, I've been a bit out of contact. Two weeks ago Tucson's leading free publication. Tucson Weekly ran an interesting article on the growing popularity of Buddhism. In the article some familiar DM names and stories are mentioned including those of ACIP Director John Brady, Jim and Allison Dey, and Geshe Michael. There's also a note made of Will Duncan's Tucson class Meditation for Drunks, Rock Stars and the Rest of Us. The article covers a few of the Buddhist groups in the fair city including a Zen sangha and southeast Asian practioners (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia), concluding that there are about 20 different groups in Tucson alone. Seems like cowboy country is a'changing.
